IEK estimates that this year Taiwan's semiconductor output will reach 2.09 trillion , the annual increase of 11.1% , which was 542.5 billion yuan output value of IC design , annual growth 12.8%, IC manufacturing output was 1.11 trillion , the annual increase of 11.5% , for the packaging industry 307.8 billion yuan , the annual increase of 8.2% , the test industry to 136.8 billion yuan , the annual increase of 8.1%.
