It is estimated that in the fourth quarter,the offers of panels are expected to stabilize, but it is still hard to have rebound space. Involvement in the TV panel prices, losses of global panel plants in the third quarter  may exceed the second and in fourth quarter,it still faces the large pressure of loss.The global panel makers including Samsung , in the third quarter,the prices of TV panels have the trend of decline, in terms of July and August, the mainstream size of 32 inches,the price fell about 5 to 10 dollars, about 40 inches or above it decreased to  10-15 U.S. dollars. The panels offer in early September will be settled out until the end of August to , there is no definite figure.
 The global economic environment is not good, which is facing inflationary pressures, high-end LCD TVs is not popular which is a price-oriented product, and now the current panel industry is oversupply, even if the branded TV suppliers benefit from the effects of the fourth quarter of the season up the goods, TV panel prices still have no rebound in space, but the offer is expected to stabilize. In the fourth quarter, Korea,Taiwan, Japan factory are weak in turnaround panel, the pressure of loss is still large.It is estimated in July and August, the decline of TV panel price is larger in this year, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan panel factories take measures to relieve the pressure of oversupply, besides,at the end of year,it will be the peak season for LCD TV sales,the TV brand vendors pull up demand for goods is the majoy reason of stable prices.This time the panel has a long business cycle, the previous panel demand is caused by loss of a recession, but a rebound in the economy, panel plant immediately gets profit.Therefore, the length of the panel business fluctuations is rare over the years.
