As the countries have subsidy policy in LED, from the R & D subsidies, public subsidies,the dress subsidy policies to stimulate the consumer market, including mainland China, South Korea and Japan actively revise financial aid policy to promote LED lighting into the home market, thus,carbon reduction effects will become more apparent, and it is estimated the next four years, the government subsidy will be NT $ 19.5 billion, about $ 15 million pcs LED replacement bulbs, but to bring sales growth about 45 million pcs LED light bulb.In order to promote domestic LED lighting industry, according to the new energy-saving target launched by South Korean government , they will come true public utilities 100% LED lighting in 2020 and increase  national penetration rate of LED lighting to 60%, from central to local, from school to a variety of public facilities, lighting, all are promoted a comprehensive facelift LED lighting with financial subsidies, in addition, from 2011 to 2015,the goverment will set aside up to 1,000 won (about $ 100 million) to buy LED lighting products for universal subsidies.In addition, the mainland government has also begun a comprehensive facelift LED lighting, starting "Ten thousand ten cities plan" since 2009, in 2011, the Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission plans "energy-saving products Waste Management Project",they will launch the general public subsidies in LED.Government does not follow the example of other countries to promote LED lighting and changing, it will not be able to achieve by 2020 the target to return greenhouse gas emissions to the level in 2005.The public sector should be accelerated indoor lighting and changing, following  practice from the mainland, Japan, Korea, full replacement!
