According to statistics, about 1150 in the domestic manufacturers operate 1,500 plants, specifically distributed as follows: about 530 manufacturers in South China (Guangdong Province) , 320 manufacturers in East China (Shanghai and nearby regions) , in addition, there are more than 300 relatively small manufacturer located in various parts of China. However, in terms of these so-called "manufacturer", a considerable part are the service providers, such as drilling and testing service providers and so on.In addition, it is estimated that by 2010 China made PCB which was of $ 22.28 billion total output value, southern China created 11.39 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 51%; East region probably created $ 8.38 billion, accounting for 38%; while the remaining $ 2.52 billion was from other parts of the value contribution, accounting for about 11%.It is estimated growth of the share from East and South China in the future will be limited, the main growth will occur in China's western inland areas. Those areas can no longer be considered as the expansion area in China is now at an alarming rate in the establishment of many new plants or expansion of production capacity, thus proving that, many of which are in the works got government permission to be built before 2005. In the course of these works the critical question is how to deal with wastewater. In Guangdong Province and east China such as Shanghai, Kunshan, Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Changshu and other local governments have introduced more stringent waste management regulations and limited water supply. Therefore, in the above areas, minimum recycles of new plants should be 60%, some manufacturers also had to contend with the local government agreement to reach 80% recovery. Most of the new plant will be selected in the inland areas of western China and the Yangtze River area north. |
