According to the latest survey report about prices, in the third quarter of 2011, the LED market price continued to fall, TV backlight Specifications dropped about 8 to 15%. It is mainly because Television in 2012 is about to turn the backlight 7030, so Korean manufacturers actively cleared old product specifications, resulting in high price differences in market.The lighting of the high-power LED declined about 8 to about 10% in prices, compared with Q2 of 2011,the decline is smaller,which shows demand of display lighting market is relatively stable, but,orders on the market is not a lot .Outlook Q4 of 2011, LED manufacturers inventory pressure is still high, with old and new specifications generational change, so the high-power LED lighting is still downward pressure on price.Since at Q3 of 2011,terminal of sales data for LCD TV is still not as expected, so the TV backlight Specifications (5630) has the most obvious decline, down to 10 ~ 15%. Especially recently, market prices are rather confusing, mainly because of the new 2012 LCD TV products, each vendor's strategy has changed, revised specifications of the LED backlight, about to turn into 7030, the Korean manufacturers actively clear inventories resulting high market price gap is quite big. LEDinside estimated price is still a wave of fall at Q4 of 2011.NB, Monitor, Mobile applications,etc, product specifications of LED backlight are mature, prices fell only 5 to 10%. As to mobile phone, an average reduction is about 8 to 10%. As the NB and the LED handheld devices has been relatively low in prices, and many of them are main product of Taiwanese LED manufacturers, but more and more mainland LED manufacturers began to cut into the phone's LED backlight markets, and more Korean manufacturers dwell on a handheld device specifications of the LED backlight, so price competition in future will become increasingly fierce . |
