Taiwan Printed Circuit Association held the seminar series of PCB industry, IEK analyst of ITRI ,Zuyou Zhao thinks that in terms of distribution of global PCB production, mainland China continues retaining its leading position of global PCB production base, but in recent years，the proportion of Japan's share of global PCB production has continued to decline，a lot of productions of Taiwan are moved to China, it is estimated that by 2014, the South Korean PCB industry output will reach $ 8.137 billion,which will surpass Japan and Taiwan, to become the world's the second largest PCB production base.According to the statistics of IEK, in 2011 global PCB production value is approximately $ 59.15 billion,mainland China, including Sino-US Japanese went to the land to set up factories ($ 25.465 billion) accounted for 43.1%, followed by Japan ($ 9.45 billion) accounted for 16%, Taiwan ($ 7.29 billion) accounted for 12.3%; it is estimated that by 2012, the global PCB production value is about $ 62.75 billion, mainland China ($ 27.83 billion), accounting rose to 44.3%, Japan ($ 9.07 billion) to 14 per cent, Taiwan ($ 7.51 billion) to 12%.However, in 2014, Zhao said that China PCB production will account for the global production nearly 5% , but it is worth noting that in 2014 when Taiwan PCB output will rise to $ 7.92 billion, while Japan fell to $ 7.59 billion, the two is evenly divided, but the annual output value of South Korean will reach $ 8.137 billion, surpassing the output value of Taiwan and Japan.
