According to statistics of Samsung Electronics , driven by demand in emerging markets, the sales proportion of the global LED TV market is expected to rise to 70% -74% from 60-64% of the first quarter . The growth momentum of LED for the third quarter is still LEDTV ,the main chip supplier of LEDTV, Epistar, Formosa Epitaxy, and the East Bay are expected to benefit. Samsung said the new product and​the LED TV sales in a specific area increase from April to June, so that the department's surplus increased the volume and earnings showing strong annual growth trend. Samsung of its LEDTV accounted for the overall flat-screen TVs, sales rose from 65 percent in the first quarter rose to 85%.
