With needs of smart phones, tablet PCs increase, drive the amount of soft board, soft board is the sudden emergence of the product line in the PCB industry this year,according to statistics of ITRI IEK,at the first quarter of this year FPC accounts for Taiwanese manufacturers the proportion of revenues increased to 14.5 %, not only set a calendar quarter a new high, and only a continuous growth of the product line.The analyst of ITRI IEK ,Bofeng Jiang said smart phones, tablet PCs heavily drive the growth of the FPC, due to the thin product, multi-module design,  the requirements of FPC are increased; for example,smart phone, Apple's iPhone4S dosage 10 to 12, only 5 general feature phone, smart phone average amount of fall 5 to 10. Addition the NewiPad,compared with the amount of soft board to connect with the motherboard signal, it pulled for 15 to 16pcs, which has a strong incentive effect on the amount of soft board.
