Everlight's spokesman, Liu Bang said, "not a character now. Epistar announced this year after merger with Huga, it is said to the merger with Kellett Thai Valley to expand production capacity layout. Everlight changed the strategy a lot to move toward its own brand, the foundry then single dual-track system development, it is also reported the level of merger with EDISON or Qi Han to expand the lighting layout .However, Epistar and Everlight have different opinions. From competitive situation of epitaxial plant,economies of scale and the estuary of the epitaxial plant in Taiwan LED are the key, Epistar is expanding production capacity rapidly through mergers and acquisitions, and in response to the next year's lighting needs and stabilize market share with vertical strategic alliance .Production yields and small factories of Taiwan LED epitaxy sea-constrained , including CMO, Kellett hold by CMO,Thai Valley held by Everlight ,all become epitaxy factories Epistar havs chances to merge . |
