Looking ahead to 2013, the growth rate of the global semiconductor industry will rebound in cyclical, with the introduction and implementation of File No.4  issued by country ,China's IC industry is into the depth of the transition period, industrial development will adjust the structure turn focus, industry scale growth rate will be the steady rise,due to the combined effect of fluctuations in domestic and foreign demand for electronics manufacturing and market inventory adjustment in 2012, the domestic IC industry has shown a trend of "low to high", industry size, industry structure have made new progress. Looking ahead to 2013, the driver of the No. 4 Rules have been put forward and the gradual implementation of active investment in the central and western regions, the capacity gradually release design industry by market demand to maintain the rapid development of mobile Internet terminal favorable factors, China's IC industry will remain stable .In 2012 due to combined effect of fluctuations in domestic and foreign demand for electronics manufacturing and market inventory adjustment, the domestic IC industry presents a "low to high" trend, the sharp drop in the first quarter of industry growth, at the second, third and fourth the quarter it has begun to rebound. According to preliminary statistics of the China Semiconductor Industry Association, the domestic IC production in January to September 2012 reached 71.3 billion, a year-on-year growth of 21.9%; whole industry realized a sales income of 137.7 billion yuan, an increase of about 22%. China's IC sales in the whole of 2012 is expected to reach 180 billion yuan, an increase of more than 15%. It is expected cyclical rebound in the global semiconductor industry growth in 2013, the scale of the growth rate of China's IC industry will maintain steady growth, the expected scale of China's IC industry growth rate is about 18%, the scale of the industry will reach 210 billion yuan in 2013.
