Market research institution, ICInsights expected, the top ten IC product areas leaded by the the tablet device processor with the mobile application processor will have a growth rate of 6% or higher in 2013; the institution expeceted the overall IC market is expected to have also 6% of the growth in 2013. ICInsights said, the five IC product segments will achieve double-digit growth rate in 2013, which mobile application processor (the forecast growth rate is of 28%) and the tablet device processor (predicted growth rate is of 50%) have the best performance; IC product areas to support mobile devices will also achieve a score higher than the average growth rate of the overall market, such as NAND flash memory (the forecast growth rate of 12%), application-specific logic elements (predicted growth rate of 7%). ICInsights forecasts 22 IC product areas will have the growth performance in 2013, more than 10 in 2012 have more than double. Which is worth mentioning that the DRAM market is expected to be achieved in 2013 after two consecutive years of recession in the market in 2011, 2012, a 9% growth;in view of shipments, although the growth rate predicted by only 2%, but the average sales price is expected to grow by 7%.
